In this study water sample was adjusted pH HNO3 0.1 M or NaOH M, after which passed dowex column 50WX2-200. Furthermore, an elution process 1 eluent, eluat measured absorbance flame AAS. results optimization are: resin weight 0.5 g, eluent concentration solution 3 and volume 50 – 100 mL. technique Dowex 50WX2-200 has been applied river samples a detectable 0.0075 mg/L.
